Overturned tanker slows traffic on Highway 9 in Horry County

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) -- A tanker carrying gasoline overturned late Monday night and is slowing traffic Tuesday morning along Highway 9, Horry County Fire Rescue said.
